WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? Shipping is within the United States via UPS or USPS. During checkout you will be able to select your service speed and see the corresponding cost. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, your purchase will ship out after the standard 3-5 business day processing, so factor that in with the shipping time. If you need expedited processing, please reach out to see what is possible. The carbon neutral option is recommended and UPS offers this at a very minimal cost. You will receive an email with tracking info after your package ships. Once the package leaves our hands the carrier is responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages caused by mean humans, inclement weather, etc.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING? All orders over $200 ship for free. Order for you and your friends and pay no shipping!

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS. There are no signature requirements for packages. If you would like this service, please indicate such in the shipping notes during checkout.

PROCESSING TIME. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, all in stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Each item in the shop is hand printed by humans, so timelines can increase at certain times of the year. If you need expedited processing, please reach out to see what is possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? At this time, standard online shipping is limited to the United States. Please send an email to obtain an international shipping quote. All customs, duties, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE? All products are packaged in 100% recyclable materials. Imagine cardboard box meets paper tape...chaperoned by paper wrap inside.

IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE? In an effort to keep a minimal footprint, gift wrapping is not typically available. Don't fret. The standard packaging looks tip top and a short hand written notecard with your gift message can be popped in the box.

SHIPPING AN EXCHANGE/RETURN TO US. Reach out to printshop@hopskipjump.com prior to shipping your exchange/return to obtain an exchange/return form. This gives us a head start on preparing your replacement order. Exchanges/returns are to be sent back via UPS. Tracking and limited insurance is included with UPS. You are responsible for return shipping costs and Hop Skip Jump will cover shipping if a replacement order is sent. 

I HAVE A SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUEST. So, let's say that you need a t-shirt delivered by pony to the top of Mount Shasta. The contact info for a great sherpa will happily be provided.  Send an email with your request and we will see if we can help you.
